Carrying on the theme of my recent obsession with Stila, I
have today some Stila Smudge Stick
Waterproof Eyeliners, £13 here. If you read my blog, you know I have a thing
for eyeliners – obsession is the word. I
got this set around Christmas time because I felt every single colour in the
set, I’d wear.
The five colours are Angelfish, Tetra, Stargazer, Moray and Oscar
Fish. These were limited edition; however
they have a wide range, something like 29 colours! You’re basically spoilt for
choice.
Angelfish is a beautiful
champagne/pink shimmery colour, Tetra is a deep shimmery purple, Stargazer is
black with gold/silver shimmer, Moray is a golden olive shimmer and Oscar Fish
is a brown with golden shimmer. I love
each and every colour.
The packaging is really beautiful and you wind up the eyeliner
as you use it. It is really easy to use. The formula is the softest, most buttery
feeling eyeliner ever known to human race.
I know that’s a bold claim, but I’m pretty confident. The application is super smooth and feels
velvety as you apply it. They are very
highly pigmented so you don’t need to keep applying to create an intense
look. The colours are also very vibrant. The eyeliners are extremely long-lasting and
sets almost gel-like. When taking it
off, it doesn't come off easily obviously being waterproof. I used coconut oil and gently rubbed to take it
off. Alternatively, if you’re using
Bioderma, just hold the cotton pad soaked in Bioderma for 20-30 seconds and it
comes off easy enough.
I feel like I've been deprived of knowing how good eyeliners
can be! I haven’t tried anything comparable
to these yet, and I highly doubt I will.
I absolutely adore the packaging, formula and longevity. I have a feeling I will soon have a
collection of these in my stash. I
highly recommend these to any eyeliner lovers like me.
