I’m gonna come out and say it, I’ve never tried nail wraps. So when I got the chance to try out the Ted Baker That’s A Wrap Nail Polish Strips*, £7.50, I was game!
Firstly, I love the floral design because I’m hopeless at
nail art so to have something with such a lovely design on my nails without me
fumbling around was a bonus! I love the
colour combination of the pastels against the bold pink floral colours.
There are 14 nail polish strips in the pack with
different sizes to fit different nail sizes.
I felt that maybe some smaller sizes would be good, as most were ever so
slightly bigger than my nails. I love
the simplicity of peeling, applying on nails and filing the excess off. Great nails in mutes without having to wait
for your nails to dry/applying top coats etc.
It doesn’t feel like an extra layer on my nails as I previously though
it might.
So how long did they last I hear you ask? Well, I’ve had it on for a few days now, and
there has been some wear and tear round the edges but other than that it’s been
better than I thought! The wear and tear
I suspect is from the wraps being not exactly fitted to my nails; so they
peeled a little. But mostly I’ve enjoyed
the non-chipping, colourful and fun nails.
I’ve had a few people in the office stop and ask me what I had on my
nails and compliment! That’s a winner
for me!
