Seventeen Nail Effects Top Coats Limited Edition

Seventeen Nail Effects Top Coat Limited Edition - Aspiring Londoner

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty pants at doing nail art.  I’ve many a times attempted it, only to end up looking like I’ve had a manicure from my 3 year old nephew – it was that bad!  That’s why I’m always looking for some fancy top coats that can jazz up my nail colour a little, especially for the party month that is December!

Seventeen’s Limited Edition Nail Effects Top Coats* are something to write home.  At £3.99 a bottle, you get amazing products!  I was thoroughly impressed by the range of effects included.   The colour line up includes Christmassy red and green, navy gold and silver tinsels and glitters.  That’s not all, there are variations of glitters ranging from large gold glitters to polka dots to speckled finishes.  For the swatches below, I had Models Own Hypergel Naked Glow on as a base coat.  Prepare to be mesmerised!

The brushes are perfectly sized to cover my whole nail and gives a good ‘layer’ of glitter/top coat in one swipe.  The polishes are great top coats as they really last on my nails.  The glitters are a pain to take off, but it’s a lot better than my miserable attempts at *trying* to create a snowman figure on my nails…*face palm*! These top coats are a must have for this Christmas either to go with your party outfit or as stocking filler for a nail polish lover!
