Review | Too Faced Cosmetics Soul Mates & Sweethearts

Too Faced Cosmetics Blushing Bronzer and Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush - Aspiring Londoner

Too Faced Cosmetics is one of my most coveted brands.  Although I’ve never used it, I’m always in awe of their packaging and their products.  The colours are always on point for me and finally I’ve got my hands on some beauties from Too Faced!

Too Faced Cosmetics Blushing Bronzer and Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush - Aspiring Londoner

Firstly, Too Faced is doing Valentine’s just the way I like it, cheesy.  Think Friends, think Sex And The City – yep, you’ve got it!  Ross & Rachel, and Big & Carrie!  Possibly my favourite couples from TV series’ ever.  I mean give me, SATC over Gossip Girl any day (although I do harbour a secret love for Blair & Chuck –maybe next Valentine’s?!)!  I’ll get to the point, Too Faced are releasing a duo of a blusher and bronzer named after the ever famous Ross & Rachel in the UK, and Big & Carrie in the US for Valentine's Day.

Too Faced Cosmetics Blushing Bronzer Ross & Rachel Review & Swatch - Aspiring Londoner

The blushing bronzer duo comes in a lovely heart shaped sleek compact.  It’s a pretty big sized bronzer so definitely will last a while.  I loved the fine formulation of powder that left my face with a sheen-y glow.  No glitter, no OTT red-toned bronzer, just the light warmth of summer with a flush of pink in a compact.  What’s not to love?!  The Too Faced Soul Mates Ross & Rachel Blushing Bronzer, £28 will be available in Debenhams from February!

Too Faced Cosmetics Sweethearts Perfect Flush Brush Peach Beach Review & Swatch - Aspiring Londoner

Next up, is the Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush.  These have been available for a while, and I’ve wanted to try them for forever!  I’ve got the shade Peach Beach which really compliments my skin tone.  It can be used as a palette as there are three individual colours in the baked blush compact, or you can swirl all three together to get a unified shade.  What I love about this blush is that it leaves your cheeks with subtle colour and a glow that looks very natural.  The pigmentation is just right, even if you’re heavy handed, you won’t be left with an explosion of glitter on your face.  If you fancy a different blusher, you can use a light dusting of the Sweethearts Blush on the high points of your cheek for a natural glow.  Absolutely adore!
