Collection Eyes Uncovered Palette Review - Aspiring Londoner

I don’t own a single one of UD’s Naked palettes and now I don’t think I need to.  The three palettes are all neutrals – a Nude Bronze palette, a Nude Grey palette, and a Nude palette.  I will let you be the judge of the pigmentation, colour payoff and quality from the swatches.  The quality is just as amazing as the Little Mix palette if not better.  I feel the quality has improved in terms of the feel of the shadows.  The feel softer, lighter and blend better.  I cannot fault the shimmer shades at all – the Nude Bronze palette is perfection, as the shimmers shades are on point.  The shimmer shades in Nude Grey palette are also amazing; however the light matte shades lack the quality pigmentation.  You have to build them up.  That’s the only improving point on the palettes.  The longevity of the shadows are decent, with a primer, they last longer.

The packaging is exactly the same light yet sturdy cardboard.  I’ve travelled a lot with these palettes and the packaging hasn’t suffered.  The magnetic closure works well, but I’d still keep it in my makeup bag for extra protection of my handbag.

The Nude palette has more mute pale shadows suitable for every day wear.  The Nude Grey palette can be worn day or night as the shades are cooler and still quite mute.  My favourite has to be the Nude Bronze palette, I love the warmer shimmery shades!  These are by far the best eye shadow palettes in the drugstore for under £4.  The Collection Eyes Uncovered palettes will be available from 11th February at Boots.
