As a beauty blogger, I'm always on the
hunt to try new products, looks and trends.
For me the hunt always begins at Boots.
Walking between the aisles of makeup and skincare always give me
inspirations and ideas of what to try next.
Boots’ new campaign ‘Let’s Feel Like New’
celebrates just that, the excitement of putting on that new lipstick or
relaxing with the new mud mask whilst soaking in the new bubble bath you
bought! #LetsFeelLikeNew means Boots
stores (and website) are bursting with offers such as 3 for 2 on makeup brands
like Soap & Glory, Revlon, Max Factor; skincare offers including 25% off La
Roche-Posay (I've stocked up!) and 3 for 2 on luxury haircare brands such as
Umberto Giannini!
I wanted to take inspiration from this
campaign and try some new products and brands that I haven’t tried before. I’ve been trying out the Umberto Giannini Mend My Hair Therapy Intensive Damage Repair 5-in-1 Oil. I’ve always struggled with greasy roots and dry
ends with my hair; it’s especially bad when I heat style my hair. This easy to use nourshing oil has been
helping my ends to heal. I spritz a
couple of spray of the oil between my palms and run them through the ends of my
hair when damp. It really helps with
detangling and feels incredibly smooth afterwards!
I tend to wear quite a lot of bright
lips, pinks and reds. So I decided to
try more nude and neutral lipsticks for a change. I’ve been wearing Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in Pretty in Nude and enjoying the more
minimal look.
I noticed a new brand of face mask in
Boots, and you know I love me some face masks!
I’ve been using Quick Fix Facials Anti-Blemish Mud Mask to help with some breakouts I’ve
been dealing with. Watch this space for
a review soon!
Trying new products and brands reminded
me why I love blogging about beauty. I’m
going to try and do this more often and it’ll motivate me to spring clean my
beauty stash too! The campaign will be
running until 17th February
so make sure you pop into Boots and take advantage of some of the great offers!
