Best Of | Soap & Glory Makeup

Soap & Glory is my favourite brand for bath and body products.  Their packaging, the product quality and the fragrances are all so enticing, I just cant resist.  I think I might do a separate post on their bath/body stuff (I probably own the whole range!).  Today I'm gonna share some of Soap & Glory's awesome makeup products that I've been loving.

Best of Soap & Glory Makeup - Aspiring Londoner

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Satin Lipstick

The S&G lipstick is probably the best lipstick I've used from the drugstore.  I'd say it compares to MAC lipstick.  The packaging is sleek and sturdy, the embossed S&G adds that high end touch.  The formula is as creamy as MAC's and the colour payoff is just as good.  The lipstick smells really nice too!  I have the shade 'Red My Lips' which is a mauvy-nude and I love it!  It's darker than a natural nude for me, but adds great definition to my lips day or night.  I really hope Soap & Glory expand their lipstick shade range to be as wide as MACs!  A must buy in my opinion.

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Pillow Plump XXL

This is one of Soap & Glory's newest launches, designed to hydrate and plump up your lips.  The packaging is okay, standard lip gloss tube, but what I like is the rubber applicator that makes it easier and nicer to apply the gloss.  I've previously tried lip plumping glosses and didn't see much of a result, this one on the other hand really felt like it was working.  After application, almost instantly the tingling started and the super glossy finish also gave the illusion of plumper lips.  I have the shade 'Coy Toy' that has a slight peach colour and a lot of shimmer that again makes lips look fuller than they are.  If you're after some lip plumping without needles, you need to try these out!

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Shine Lip Lacquer

My answer to liquid lipsticks has to be the Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lip Shine Lip Lacquers.  Why you ask?  They have the excellent colour payoff and the formula is the insanely creamy.  They feel really comfortable on the lips and stays well too.  They're not the longest lasting, but the formula and colour payoff does it for me.  Unlike certain other liquid lipsticks, they smell good too!  I think I'm gonna get a lot of use out of 'Whatchama-Coral' this summer!

Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil Hot Chocolate Review - Aspiring Londoner

Soap & Glory Archery Archery 2-in-1 Brow Filling Pencil & Brush

Every blogger has raved about the Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil and I just thought nothing can that good!  How foolish of me!  It's actually better!  I haven't tried the Anastasia Brow Wiz, so I don't know if the comparison is valid.  But this certainly lives up to my favourite MAC Brow Pencil (review here).  The colour match is really good and the fine tip helps to draw fine brow hair that looks really natural.  I got the shade 'Hot Chocolate'.  I cannot recommend this enough!  I hope S&G brings in more shades to cater for everyone.

Soap & Glory Archery DIY Brow Bar Review - Aspiring Londoner

Soap & Glory Archery DIY Brow Bar

If you want the perfect brows and I mean, perfect, then this little kit is for you.  The Archery pencil is great for everyday use.  This little kit however has everything you need to create the most groomed brow you can hope for.  The kit has two brow powders 'Love is Blonde' and 'Hot Chocolate'.  Hot Chocolate works great for me.  It also has a highlighter, a wax and a mini spoolie and a mini brow brush.  The minis are great if you're travelling or even for touch ups if you're at an event.  The highlighter is subtle yet, does it's job perfectly well.  The wax is great for keeping messy brows in place and doesn't interfere with the brow powder.  This brow palette is fab!

Soap & Glory Supercat Fat Eyeliner Review - Aspiring Londoner

Soap & Glory Supercat Fat Jumbo Carbon Black Ink Eyeliner

I have tried my fair share of eyeliner pens (review here) and this provides something different than the rest.  The firm and bigger tip of the Soap & Glory Supercat Fat Eyeliner helps to give you more control and makes it easier to create that feline flick.  I know you're thinking how can a bigger tip give more precision?  Well, the tip of the eyeliner is flat on one side and that helps you to create thinner lines if you want.  the formula is good and colour is opaque.  It hasn't dried out despite using it non-stop for a few weeks now.
