Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Quattro Mascara Review

There are no greater enablers than bloggers.  Fairy Drops is a brand I've been dying to try out since I heard Anna (from Vivianna Does Makeup) rave about their mascara.

Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Quattro Mascara (£18.50) claims to fatten and lengthen your lashes.  It's supposed to curl your lashes and create a fluttery effect.  First of all, I love the packaging - it's fun, pretty and just looks beautiful.  I found that in my makeup bag it stood out so much, that I kept reaching for it! Subliminal messaging or what?!

Current Most Used Brushes

I've been using the Real Techniques makeup brushes for a long time now.  They were the first budget brushes that I liked, and I think they set a benchmark.  Over the last year, a lot of other budget/drugstore brands have sat up and taken notice.  As a result, there has been a lot of makeup brush releases in the drugstore.  I've compiled five brushes from my collection that I use daily and frankly, you don't necessarily need a plethora of brushes if you have the right ones.

French Pharmacy Skincare In My Basket

I was going to call this a wishlist, but if I'm honest, it's more a 'what's sitting in my basket to be paid for' list.  I'm basically waiting for payday so I can pay for this stock up of my skincare cabinet.  Currently Escentual and Feel Unique are having a French Pharmacy skincare sale where you can save up to a 1/3rd off the price!  This sale is on through the month of June, so if you're looking to get your hands on these brands - hurry now!

Rodial Super Acids X-treme Cleanser & Facial Scrub Review

Rodial is a new brand to my stash and I was rather excited to try them out.  I mean they launched dragon's blood skin care range, it doesn't get any bad ass than that!  I've always admired their packaging and intriguing names.  I've been trying out the Rodial Super Acids X-treme Exfoliating Glycolic Cleanser and the Rodial Super Acids X-treme After Party Facial Scrub for the past 6 weeks and here's what I think!

Best Foundations For Natural & Dewy Complexion

Growing up I've always struggled with oily complexion.  So wanting a dewy complexion was never on top of my list.  If anything I've always ran as far as possible from any non-matte foundations.  Over the years, my skin has changed to a strange combination oily kind.  I now struggle with patches of dry skin and oily skin!  So this made me more open to try out the likes of much raved Nars Sheer Glow Foundation.  I've since tried a few others and picked my top 3!
