Kiko Midnight Siren Collection Review + Swatch
Kiko, why you do this to me?! Another Kiko cosmetics collection has hit the
shops and I’ve tried out some of the products to bring you what to pick
up. The Kiko Milano Midnight Siren Collection draws inspiration from the
mysterious starry night sky, sheen of the ocean and the reflection of the
moon. You’ll notice a lot of products
that highlight with iridescent pearls!

Body Creams For Dry Skin This Autumn/Winter
The cold always gets me by surprise. Somehow I always seem to forget exactly how
cold autumn/winter gets every year. And
with that comes the dry skin. For
someone who has as oily facial skin as I, my skin everywhere else is really
quite dry. So I’ve been getting into
moisturising routinely to avoid scaly skin.
There are a few body moisturisers that are helping me right now; from
luxury Sunday pamper ones to daily on the go ones.
The best body butter I’ve ever tried. Just no comparison with anything at all. It’s seriously creamy and smells divine! The texture is not too heavy but really works
to moisturise even the driest skin on my body.
The scent can’t be described, you need to smell it to truly appreciate
how beautiful it is! It lingers for the
longest time without overpowering and I just love waking up in the morning and smelling
amazing.
This is the stuff you whip out in
the colder months, when you want to feel pampered and special – the Sunday stuff! The packaging is seriously luxe and really
fits the price point, although £23 for a body butter makes me want to cry a little,
but I will be repurchasing this without a shadow of doubt!
From the super pricey to the super affordable, I’ve never
tried Neutrogena body products before.
It’s rather nice on the go as it absorbs fast yet is nourishing enough
for the declining temperature. The pump
bottle is handy and makes daily moisturising less of a chore. I keep it on my bedside table so I can
moisturise and get into bed straightaway without having to wait. It also claims to boost collagen production,
although I have no idea if it actually does, but my skin does feel supple when
I use it. It has a subtle scent, and a
light formula. A great, affordable body lotion
to keep handy this winter.
A godsend for sensitive and uber dry skin! I’ve used it all through summer to nurse my
sunburns back to normal, and even now in the cold it’s just as effective. It’s not fragranced, it’s light but has that emollient
formula that absorbs fast and works to heal irritated skin. It works without aggravating your skin
concerns and almost acts like a barrier so nothing else can exacerbate the already
irritated skin. It’s suitable for all
skin types and is a must have for anyone who suffers from dry skin!

L’Oreal Paris La Vie En Rose Lipstick Review + Swatches
L’Oreal has always been the drugstore brand for me.
I’ve always gravitated towards their products first, before trying any
other brands. L’Oreal’s True Match
foundation is the only drugstore foundation that gave me a good colour match,
which spurred me on to try more base products from the drugstore. Funnily enough, I’ve never tried much from
their lip range. Except for the new
Infallible Lip Gloss range (swatches here); I haven’t tried their actual
lipsticks. So I was really keen when L'Oreal La Vie en Rose collection exclusive was released.

Reaching Out And Working With Brands/PRs As Bloggers
When I first started blogging, working with PRs was the
farthest thing from my mind. As I saw
it, I’m just a tiny blogger in an ocean of many better, more accomplished and
successful bloggers. So I’d never really
thought about it. However working with PRs
are not just about numbers. It’s a big factor, but not the only factor. I have wanted to write this post for a while,
as from experience, it was the most daunting thing to me – reaching out to PRs.

H&M Beauty Review + Swatches
Ever since I saw bits of H&M beauty popping up on
social media, I knew I had to try
them out. Over the last couple of weeks,
I’ve spent a fair amount of time and
money, trying the products out and wanted to share thoughts with you. The H&M beauty range is quite extensive. It features everything from complexion, cheek
products, lip products, a very wide range of colours in eye shadows and nail
polishes, not to mention a few eye shadow palettes too! I also spotted some skincare in the form of
face masks, but I haven’t tried any of them as of yet.

New Releases | Smashbox Brow Tech Matte & Gloss Pencils
Brows are here to stay guys. Yes, big brows have been here a while and
there’s no sign of them going out of fashion anytime soon. At least this is my excuse to hoard brow
products like no tomorrow. I’ve
previously mentioned how difficult I initially found to find that cool toned
brown to match my dark yet sparse brows.
I’ve mentioned lots of brow products on my Eye Brow 101 posts, and here
are a couple of new releases that is worth noting. Meet Smashbox Brow Tech Matte and Gloss
Pencils.

How To Use Social Media For Your Blog | Pinterest
I’ve
been a long time Pinterest user personally.
I discovered Pinterest whilst procrastinating on my final year at
university and have been obsessed ever since!
However when it came to using Pinterest for blogging, I’ve been
surprisingly quiet. The reason for that
is simple, I didn’t know how to! It’s
one thing pinning away for cake recipes, decor inspirations and the quotes, but
quite different pinning to widen your blog reach.
