Gift guide time people! This year I thought I was well ahead of the game in getting together my Christmas gift guide - but it seems time has yet somehow run away from me! But have no fear, I will post most of them this week - so you’ll still have time to pick up anything that catches your fancy. So let’s get started, shall we?
This is one of my favourites! This beautifully packaged set contains six lipsticks and six (almost) matching nail polishes. The lipstick shades range covers nudes, pinks, red and even a dark vampy shade. So pretty much all your lipstick needs fulfilled! And the packaging is lush too with a white glossy packaging and rose gold details - it looks far more expensive than it is! The nail polish colours range includes similar colours too. What’s great about this set is that if you don’t want to spend so much on a gift for one person, you can always split them up and gift a few people. It’s such brilliant value for money especially if you pick this up in this week’s Boots’ offer before Thursday 10 December!
I’ve been quite obsessed with reed diffusers since I got a Molton Brown one last year (expect a separate post on this!). I got this a few weeks ago when The White Company had a 20% off weekend as an introduction to their scents. It’s perfect for doing just that - an introduction to their home fragrance range (some of them anyway). You get four 50ml bottles with the following scents - Verveine, Seychelles, Fresh Fig and Winter. They each last about four weeks; I’ve gone through winter which is a perfect spicy christmassy-scent. Now I’m halfway through Verveine - which is one of my favourite scents generally. Such a zesty, fresh scent! I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone who has an interest in home decor.
Firstly, the packaging in the photos are from last year as I bought this set last year. This year the packaging is red and slightly different. But the products are essentially the same - 10 9ml mini bottles of bath and shower oil for the ultimate pamper night. I know these Aromatherapy Associates bath oils get a lot of hype and I always thought, it’s bath oil, how special can it be?! But since I’ve bought this set, I’ve eaten my words. There are stressful days when I sit at work and dream of getting home and soaking in the bath with drops of this oils, as they guarantee an amazing night’s sleep. Honestly if you know someone that struggles to relax or nod off - this is just the thing they need.
If you’e looking for the perfect gift for a jetsetter, look no further! This cute little document travel document holder form Ted Baker. I love the coral colour with rose gold details - just looking at it is making me think of summer. I’m a super stress-head before going away and check and re-check my passport/currency - so this’ll be perfect for keeping things in one place and just being organised. It has a little rose gold pen inside to take notes too, just the thing for anyone that like to stay organised when travelling. Check out Amara for more gift ideas!
For the skincare obsessive recipient - this is a great little set for trying out Skyn Iceland products.
THE WINTER REHAB KIT INCLUDES:
▪ Arctic Elixir 0.845 US fl oz
▪ Pure Cloud Cream 0.33 US fl oz
▪ Icelandic Relief Eye Pen 0.14 US oz
▪ Glacial Face Wash 1.0 US fl oz
▪ Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels 2 x 0.11 oz
I’ve forever wanted to try out the Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels but didn’t want to commit to spending so much - this little kit contains 2 so I can try them out and see how I feel. This kit contains the products you need to re-hydrate your skin. I’m going to be saving this kit for after New Year’s Eve as I know I’ll be needing it!
The most luxe gift product on my gift guide, but trust me it’s worth it! If you have the cash to splash, this fragrance is truly beautiful. With notes of wet marine and middle notes of white flowers like Gardenia, Tuberose and Tiare Tahiti that gives it that feminine scent. The Amber notes give it that warm summery richness. Think Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt but with warm, floral notes. It’s one of the best fragrances I’ve ever smelt - this’ll win you some major brownie points!
