Savisto 750W 3-in-1 Hand Blender Review

I mentioned in my Downsizing My Life post last week, that I’m trying to minimise things that I own.  On this journey one of the difficult things has been trying to find a balance between the life I want to have and cutting down the things involved in that life.  For example, I enjoy cooking and baking; which also helps me to have healthy eating habits.  However, this means I have various kinds of pots and pans, utensils, and kitchen gadgets.

In the midst of this, I was contacted by Savisto to try out one of their kitchen gadgets.  I opted for the Savisto 750 Watt 3 in 1 Hand Blender Set.  This offered me the perfect opportunity to combine at least three of my existing gadget to one.  I got rid of by old bulky blender, a hand blender and quite a bulky mixer for baking.  Might not sound like much, but I definitely have more space in my kitchen now.

The Savisto Hand Blender Set comes with a 750w Hand Blender Unit, a Stainless Steel Blender Attachment, a Stainless Steel Whisk Attachment, a 500ml Food Processor with Stainless Steel Blades, and an 800ml Plastic Beaker.  The hand blender unit can be attached to the three components quite easily; this makes it really handy to switch from one to the other.  For example, whilst cooking, I can blend with the hand blender attachment and chop onions etc. in the food processor with minimal effort.

This has also really helped me to ‘eat clean’.  Usually I really loathe the prepping before cooking, like chopping onions, vegetables etc., I just find the whole process really boring and long!  Now, I can just stick the onion in the food processor and it’s chopped in a couple of blasts. It honestly makes cooking from scratch much simpler.  Making pasta sauce from scratch has never been easier!

I’ve also been making a lot of smoothies after workouts, and it made me start looking at new recipes and experiment with different types of fruit and vegetables.  I’m definitely into eating more fresh food and cooking from scratch.  Hang on, does this mean I’m a grown up now?  Hello adulting! (this requires a smirky face emoji…).

The blender is powerful, so you can prepare (i.e. roughly chop) a lot of vegetable within seconds.  That’s quite an important aspect of a kitchen gadget for me, because you have gadgets to make your work quicker and easier.  It would defeat the purpose of the gadget if you had to spend time on the gadget too.  The price point is really great, it's not pricey as considering what you get for your money.   The blender is so sturdy and finish of the product is so sleek that it looks much more expensive than it is.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know.  I’m really enjoying using this handy gadget.  It’s gotten me to be little bit more pro-active in preparing my food.  I’ll take all the help I can get after a long day at work to be honest!  I’ll hopefully share some recipes and foodie type posts using my main squeeze!

Have an amazing weekend!  Let me know what you get up to!
