Lockdown Diaries | Book Review "We Should All Be Feminists"

Short but to the point book from Chimamanda, which is an adaptation of her TED talk.  It's a great introductory book to feminism - it's 50 pages long, so nothing is discussed at any length.

We Should All Be Feminists - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

As with all of Chimamanda's work - language is beautifully utilised.  She uses some anecdotes to frame her understanding and her stance in feminism.  There's no aggression or hostility to see things from her perspective and she emphasis how important feminism is for men and women alike.  I've read some other literature around this topic and it's along the same lines of supporting men be more vulnerable.

I can't say much more than this as it's such a short book.  I highly recommend it - especially if you're unsure of what feminism is, or feel that it's negative/angry - this should give you a more balanced insight.

P.S.:  I know I'm missing a review, and I have actually kept up with a book a day; but I'm still at full-time work and my work is busier than ever so please bear with me!
